I have gone thru the FAQ and Open Camera Help page and can’t seem to find an answer.

I prefer to use the volume keys to trigger the shutter, but it is only working sometimes with no rhyme or reason that I can find to explain why it doesn’t work every time.  I especially want to use the long hold to take burst shots.

What am I doing wrong?
