I tried recording a drum video like usual (sound source Unprocessed) but now when I start recording, it sends the mic audio straight to the left earphone. And it is LOUD. How do I disable this?? My ear (left ear) is getting blown up! I didnt change any settings, and i also couldnt find a setting that does anything regarding this issue.

Try Settings/More camera controls/"Shutter sound"? (And also make sure Settings/Camera API is set to "Camera2 API" if it isn't already.)

Shutter sound was already turned off, it shouldnt even do anything here? Shutter sound is a different thing than playing back the sound the microphone hears as the video is being recorded. I'd rather not use camera2 api because it crops the video a considerable amount and i really need the extra fov, since opencamera cant detect my wide angle lens...

Ah sorry, completely misunderstood. I'm not sure what's going on, I'll have to test that out. Do other third party camera apps work okay?
For ultra wide, note Open Camera will allow this if available (in some cases it's done by zooming out rather than explicitly switching to a different camera), but unfortunately some devices don't expose their extra cameras to third party applications.
