I have a Pixel 7 that is capable of recording 720p and 1080p @240fps (0.125x) video in both Open Camera and stock camera app (continiously)

I'd like to record a higher FPS (960fps). I understand that I'd need to sacrifice the resolution at least, and I'm fine with 360p @960fps, which should results in a similar bit rate (1/4x resolution, 4x framerate). I wonder if this is possible with Open Camera? So far in the UI if I go to <1x speed the resolution is limited to just 720p and 1080p

If it's not possible with my current phone then let's say I get a phone that can do 960fps (Sony XZ1 for example), but for just 1s at 720p. Would it be possible to reduced the resolution to 360p (1/4x) to get ~4s (4x) duration of the recording?
