I use Open Camera with Unprocessed Audio so I can record audio without clipping on loud environments.
Recently I have upgraded my Redmi Note 7 to MIUI 11.0.1.0 (Android 10( and after that every time I try to use Unprocessed Audio no audio is recorded.

Have you ever noticed a similar problem on Xiaomi or other smartphones? If yes, is there any way to solve this issue?
Please let me know how to get logs so I can help with more information on this issue.

Unprocessed Audio is recorded OK on my Xiaomi.

Google has been steamrollering device manufacturers into removing the ability to record phone conversations, that could be a reason why some people now/recently are finding out that they are not able to record raw audio anymore, so depends on the versions (there are always risks in updating early since it is a little bit difficult to revert a device update in case such an user experience improvement a'la Google is encountered).

Is Unprocessed Audio available/usable in other apps in your device? E.g. the 'Audio Recorder' https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.github.axet.audiorecorder/ has the option for 'Unprocessed' in 'Audio Source' -setting, it is very safe app to try, and definitely a keeper just like the Open Camera is.

      Open Camera 1.48.3 and 1.49.1
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T 5G, Global version
      aOS 11.RP1A.etc, MIUI 12.5.4
