Hi,
I just use Open Camera. It seem a very good program. I'm surprised by one point : There is no possibilty to "Save / Restore settings" or "Export / Import" them.
There is a lot of paramters in setting panel. When we are obliged to install / reinstall Open Camera or when we change phone or we want share our settings, it's very heavy to do that.
Thank you for your work.
Best regard.

This is now supported - although note you'll have to take a copy or move the file if uninstalling (as by default Android will clear all files of uninstalled applications). See http://opencamera.org.uk/help.html#settings "Settings manager".

I have exported settings of Open Camera at old phone which I have to leave because whole phone started to behave totally crazy. But I did not find exported file anywhere at storage to copy it to new phone. OK, the old phone has some problem with OS or HW, it is acting strange way, it can be reason.
So I set up Open Camera from new default instalation at new phone.
Then I exported settings; and I can not find it anywhere again.
Open Camera do not ask for folder where to export settings, it asks for filename only.
It tells me export is done correctly, but I can not find that exported file anywhere.
I use Total Commander as a file manager.
I noticed that there is some settings for access to another folders in Open Camera,
supposed for using of SD card as a target for photos.
I did not enable this, because I do not have card - I use internal device storage as target for photos.
Maybe Open Camera wants to save settings out of folder DCIM, so it fails? It is my hypothesis only. Open Camera did not tell me any error such like "did not save" or "saving failed".
I just input filename, confirm it, everything looks to be good, but I can not find exported file with settings anywhere.

And, you did not bother to read about it, from the link 'Mark - 2019-03-12' has posted, above ? That help file also provides information about the compatibility of the settings file.
