The first time I set Open Camera up on the three phones I use as video cameras I saw an option to save to SD card and was able to save my videos there. However, the second time I used it to shoot a video, two out of 3 cameras would not start recording at all. I later discovered that was because there was no longer a path set for saving the videos. When I attempted to recitfy that situation I discovered that I could not find a way to make it save to an SD card. It will save to internal storage, but that sucks and makes more work for me.
The specs:
Phones
Samsung Note 8 Android 13 One UI 5.1
Samsung A425GAndroid 9 One UI 1.0
Samsung A06 Android 14 One UI 6.1
I like tha app, but can't really use it if I can't save to an SD card.

There is no option anywhere for saving to an sd card. It only offers me a list of folders that are in internal storage

I don't know how it works on Samsung, but on two different smartphones I just checked, a different file manager appears and there are three stripes at the top left. When I click on them, I have a choice between the smartphone and the card.
