Hi, it seems that exposure lock sometimes work and sometimes not on my samsung galaxy s3 (android 4.3) and when it work it does untile next shoot than does not work anymore (the icon tell is locked but actually is not)...
however it works perfectly on s5 (android 5.0) where the app is really wonderful...
thanks

I am having similar issues on my LG G4, but if I lock the focus 1st, then lock the exposure, it seems to work. You can still touch the screen to focus.

hi thanks for the answer, tried your workaround but unfortunately it does not work on s3...if I focus before locking the exposure it simply does not lock... if I lock the exposure before it works quite often but as soon as I focus the exposure lock is lost... so the only option for me seems to be focusing, then locking, unlocking and re-locking again the exposure, then shoot... but it is a bit too complex for a quick shoot :-) it is a pity because the app is great... and with the s5 it seems to work perfectly...
thanks anyway

Yes exposure lock seems to be a bit hit and miss. Not sure if this is an Android issue or an Open Camera bug (I know A Better Camera has the warning that auto-exposure may not work on all devices; also Google removed exposure lock from Nexus 6 in Android 5.1 as they'd noted it wasn't working properly).
