Only 30FPS instead of 25FPS on Samsung with Android

Open Camera gives you the option to set 25FPS (and many others) , but it always records 30FPS. Samsung Galaxy A52, Android 13. Is it possible to fix it somehow ?

In addition. This is not due to some lock imposed by Samsung, because FiLMiC Pro can record at 25FPS. Also Open Camera can, but only at a shutter speed of 1/25s.
