Camera preview image. Have it in a full resolution?

Mark, first of all, kudos for the excellent application.
I noticed that the preview image is not the same resolution as the taken image. I use my mobile as a kind of microscope for working with small objects and, unfortunately, the preview image is of rather poor resolution. It is blurry, grainy, and low resolution. For those of us who use the application to work with small objects, the option to display in full resolution should also be enabled.
In the Camera preview there is, for example, Preview size (Maximise preview size / Match photo size) for full screen display or not.
In the Camera preview, a display could be added, for example: Normal (or Standard, Low etc.) / Full (or High, Maximum etc.)
To use a mobile phone as a camera, the preview does not really have to be in full resolution. However, if the preview image is continuously used as a working image, then it would be good for it to be in full resolution, as the snapshot is.
Is it possible to add an option for a full resolution preview image?
