Can anyone get 25 or 24 fps on Samsung S10+?

I've set the frame rate to 25 but when I record video it says 30. fps

nothing I can do makes this work.

I've tried Camera API 1 and 2.

(So angry with Samsung / Android for limiting our frame rate options )

i can get 24fps in filmic pro and super16mm apps but not in opencamera, something is wonky in opencamera that does not switch to 24fps like these other apps

I found the issue, just touch iso to change it onscreen or shutter speed , it will switch to your proper fps instead of starting with 30fps by default.

Doesn't work for me. It briefly shows 24.9 fps then changes to 30.
