In theory, pressing the icon to switch between front/back should alternate between all three cameras. Does this not work? It's possible that either the LG devices aren't set up like this, or for some reason it's not working in Open Camera. (I don't have a device yet with dual back cameras.)

Well I tried what you said but it only switched the front facing camera and the wide angle camera (secondary back facing camera), completely ignoring the main back camera. So is there a way to fix this issue?

That's a shame - what camera does it run in if you force quit and restart Open Camera? Does it ever show the primary back camera?

Also what behaviour do other third party camera apps have, e.g., A Better Camera?

Open Camera supports switching to all available cameras (use the switch camera icon, same as switching between front/back cameras). This works for say wide-angle camera on Galaxy S10e/S10. But note that not all devices allow third party applications to use their extra cameras.
