Hi,
For some reason today, whenever I press record, my frame rate changes to 7 FPS instead of the 25 fps I have selected in settings. It's just started doing this this morning. I used my open camera 2 days ago and it worked at 25fps. There have been no changes to my phone since then.
I have tried restarting my phone, resetting all my settings in the app and have reinstalled Open Camera.
My phone is a Nokia 7.1 with Android 10
Camera firmware version v100.0020.33 v010.0002.23
My open camera settings for video are:
Camera 2 API
Video Resolution: 4k 3840x2160
Video Format: MPEG H.264
Video Picture Profile: Log Medium
Video Bitrate: 60mbps
Video Framerate: 25 fps
I hope you can help. I have successfully recorded video in the past with the above settings. Below is information from the app:
Many Thanks,
Nick.

UPDATE:
This seems to have something to do with Manual ISO. When I switch ISO to AUTO the app works normally.

UPDATE:
My Phone: Nokia 7.1 Android 10
I have found out that this problem is caused by setting the Frame Rate to 25 FPS. The Solution is to choose 24 FPS (Cogwheel>Video Settings>Frame Rate).
Therefore the settings I use for video on my Nokia 7.1 are:
- ISO 100 - 1/50 Shutter Speed - 24 FPS -

You are lucky you can use these settings. On my Galaxy A71 any change to fps besides 30 fps result in 7fps vidoe.
