I’m a big fan of slit-scan photography, especially the mode where a single, fixed column of pixels builds an image column by column, ideally at the maximum frame rate supported by the camera’s video mode. (See this photo, for example. Which actually demonstrates through omission another feature it would be great to have: fixed exposure while an image is being captured!) Would it be possible to implement this in Open Camera? There used to be an Android app called Slit-Scan Camera, but it’s no longer available.
Hopefully this would be fairly easy to implement in its simplest form, and it would allow some very creative photos!
