Custom color profile for video recording (and possibly photos too)

Hi! I've been using Open Cam for 3 days now because I wanted to try the 24fps video recording feature. Before I got into the app, I've been using Samsung's stock camera app to record videos in pro mode (Samsung Galaxy S9+ running Android 8).
Samsung implemented the custom color profile picture which is very useful to me as Samsung tend to oversaturate the recordings. I would desaturate it and increase the shadow to make the recordings look less contrast-y.
Although Open Cam has a flat profile feature, I do not use it because I'm not doing post processing for my videos. I like the look of my videos to be low contrast and not too saturated.
I'm not sure if anyone suggested this before but it would certainly be helpful to others!
Can you clarify how to get to the custom color profile setting on the Samsung camera? I was having trouble finding it to investigate.
oh Samsung removed the pro video recording mode if you're running Android 9 and above, but I'm pretty sure the custom color profile is still available for the pro mode for photos. I'm not sure how to open the settings for the custom color profile on Android 9 but mine is here (see attachment)oh Samsung removed
Thanks for the suggestion. I see the option for photo on my S10e now but as you say it's not available for video any more. I can't make any promises but I hope to continue expanding the log profile option so maybe more customisation will be possible in future.

Thats interesting feature, I see I have it too in my S7.
Current flat profile feature has problems and there will be new implementation about it (see the other thread https://sourceforge.net/p/opencamera/discussion/features/thread/7c4b7ed4/ )
It will have sRGB profile which will be somewhat flatter, bringing the shadows up as in your example, though probably not desaturating that much but abit desaturated anyway. And other options will be even stronger in bringin up shadows and desaturation.
Not what you are talking about but something closer to your taste than standard profile.
