Hi all
It drives me nuts that i always have to toggle through; flash, autoflash, no flash.
Why cant we have three buttons that takes a photo corresponding to the button that is pressed?
Three availble trigger buttons, of course configurable in settings.
Anyone else likes this idea?

My devices have those three modes, plus one "Red Eye" option, so 4 steps all together. I am with you on this, to a degree. To have four buttons just for the plash would be major overkill.
This rotation aspect has never driven me crazy, what I have been pondering is that the modes could be color coded, the icons could be e.g.: force-plash = white, auto-plash = green, no-plash = black, and red-eye plash = red.
My suggestion (in addition to the above color coding) that is that in the Settings there could be a dialog with a checkbox for each plash mode. If user selects only two modes, then the plash-icon would rotate between them, so actually acts as a toggle. If more modes are selected then it would rotate through them, (no modes selected would be the same as all modes selected). I'm only using either the no-plash or force-plash, I suppose most people do likewise, or they always use auto-plash.
