It would prevent some lost shots, if:

  • the [-/+] -icon would be red in color always when the dialog has some manual setting active, and white only when the dialog is in full automatic. Now, when the dialog is closed, the icon will unconditionally change to white (but manual settings remain active).

  • the most important adjustments of the active configuration of Open Camera were visible on-screen. Like: Photo/Mode, Focus mode, Timer, Repeat, ASA, ± EV. --OR-- the dialog under the [ ⠇ ] -icon would be slightly higher, so that everything from the Focus -mode down to the Repeat -option would be visible without scrolling.
