Want torch icon when scrolling flash icon when on-screen

There is a torch icon when viewing the flash icons in the pop-up menu. However, I cannot find the torch icon when showing the flash icons on-screen. Please add the torch icon when showing the flash icons on-screen.

This is by design as the on-screen icon is meant to cycle through the flash modes, but including torch would mean torch turning on and off if the user wanted to cycle past that.
Potentially a solution might be to offer a separate on-screen icon for torch on/off...?
(second anonymous here) Not sure why it turning on and off when cycling would be a problem, but other than a new button (it's an ok idea too), maybe a 1 or 2 seconds timer before activating torch would avoid it happen when cycling fast...
