Even when in photo mode, holding the shutter button could start a video immediately.
Also, while holding & recording, dragging upwards or downwards could control the zoom.
IPhone's camera and Instagram and IIRC Samsung have this feature and it's extremely useful, especially when you need to capture a video ASAP.
No other android camera app has this.
Thanks for the suggestion. I'd still like to keep the ability for holding shutter button for burst, but could add as an option in future for people to choose.
