I'm using Open Camera with camera2 API enabled.
1. Add a slide for controlling the intensity of DRO. Sometimes the effect is too strong, specially cloudy skys look artificial although the rest of the picture is fine.
2. Set minimum shutter speed, I know it's doable with camera2. At times I prefer higher ISO but shorter exposure to overcome blured pictures due to shake or motion. Manual exposure implies manual ISO too which makes taking a picture a real job until you get it right so auto ISO is preferable with a set speed.
