Prevent app from going into background while recording

I use open camera to record long videos. Even if I enable do not disturb access, apps like truecaller can come into foreground and the video recording stops. I record videos from up close therefore I cant keep the flash on while recording. Can we somehow prevent open camera from ever going into background when recording?
