I have BlackView 5100 and could not make any photos wide widelens camera. I found that the issue is with AutoFocus mode (I dont think that widelens camera has any focus support).
If I use that mode the camera stucks at taking photo. But when I use Lock focus or Infinity, it is fine. I made myself a version with autodisabling AutoFocus on CameraID == 2 and it works for my device.
in function convertFocusModesToValues I removed focus_mode_auto and focus_mode_locked if cameraId is 2.
So if your widelens camera doesnt work in OpenCamera, try focus infinity.
