OpenCamera contains a feature, when you long press the gallery button in the lower right corner, instead of gallery it displays folder selection and folder history if multiple folders have been used for saving. I personally usually do not have problems with it but my girlfriend sometimes accidentally presses the gallery for a bit longer and must select the folder to use, which is confusing and interrupts workflow, rarely she also selects different folder which causes saving to it although she does not want to achieve that.
Can there be added an option to turn the folder history - long press function off, so that tapping the gallery always shows previous pictures? I recognize the long press function is useful for many, so default behavior may remain as it is ...
Thank you very much
Jan

Out of interest, is this also an issue for long press on the shutter button (which in STD photo mode will activate burst)? I think someone mentioned to me a similar issue for the shutter button, so I could add an option to disable long press for both.

Hello, thank you very much for answering!
It would be great if this happens :-)
We did not have the problem with shutter button and burst, but maybe for someone else it can be an issue, too.

I've added an option to disable long press actions, this will be in the next version 1.48 (under Settings/More camera controls/"Allow long press actions").

Hello, Thank you very much. I tried the beta on this sourceforge website, and the function is working now OK! It is great to have this option available, really.
So, two more users of OpenCamera are happier, great!

I've added this to my TODO.
