release 2.5 available

OpenBTS release 2.5 is now available from GNU Radio's SVN server and from the project sourceforge site at https://sourceforge.net/projects/openbts/files/

This release includes the smqueue RFC-3428 store-and-forward server to support handset-to-handset SMS.

This release can be used with GNU Radio 3.1 or 3.2. This release also supports 52 MHz radios as well as the stock 64 MHz USRP.
