Ahmed, It was discussed a couple of time already, it would be great if you search archives first. ShortName is send only when phone is registering to a network, before that it uses a values stored (1) in its internal memory and (2) in the SIM-card. Thus if 505/07 combination is not stored there, it will just show numbers. Note, that some phones store new network names to their internal memory after they saw it once, so the second time you may see "OpenBTS" in the networks list.
