[Openbts-announce] OpenBTS cellular network at Burning Man

We are planning another Burning Man test network for 2011.  The operation will be very different from the previous two years.  The public FAQ is posted here:

This FAQ has not yet been announced in The Jack Rabbit Speaks, the Burning Man newsletter, but that will probably happen this week. The will be the real public announcement, since it will be delivered to the likely user population.

More information will be posted as the plan comes together.
