Once the clock warms up, I found that I didn't have to keep calibrating it -- at least for my research purposes. However, I have to say that my ClockTamer is much better. I'm patiently waiting for ClockTamer-1.2 to come out... Also, from what I've seen, the clocks on the USRP2 (and N210) are more accurate and may not require an external reference. Since OpenBTS works with UHD now, anyone that hasn't purchased a USRP yet should seriously consider the newer USRPs. |
