OK, there's the answer.  You can't use MIMO-A with OpenBTS.  I never
actually shipped boards configured that way anyway.

In the future, our universal hardware driver (UHD) will allow support
for all of the boards without OpenBTS or anyone else needing to write
their own drivers.  But this is still several months away at this point.
