This diagnosis is correct. You need to configure the subscribers in Asterisk.
ALSO: The large number of IMSIs also suggests that you are drawing in other people's phones from your local public network (Ufone - Pakistan). That means that you are not following the instructions in the wiki or in the configuration file comments and that your configuration is probably illegal and that you have just put the IMSIs of a several random people on a public mailing list. I'm sure one of these phones is yours, but I doubt they all are.

In your case, all IMSI's are not getting registered with Asterisk as your sip.conf doesn't contain corresponding sip entry.
