SCO-link

Hi there

I'm a new user of OpenBt-Stack. I didn't find enough documentation on
using it. My problem is the following: How can I initiate a SCO-link?
What's the data delay of a SCO-link (I should have less than 10
milliseconds)?
It would also be fine if somebody could tell me where to find
good documentations on using the stack.
