All these are great ideas, I now have around 6 OpenBSD servers at work
and 2 at home. It's getting a bit of a pain to manually pull these
packages down for each update. This would save me quite a bit of time
already and I don't have a particularly large OpenBSD network.

I'll see what I can add to patch_add to enable this functionality.
What other functionality do you think we need? md5sum/sha1 checksums?
