Starting off from where JBilling is stuck at, Open BRM is the next generation billing engine for telecommunications and utilities organizations.

Based entirely on state of the art, but conservative technology (no bleeding edge here, please, we're biz guys first and foremost, geeks second), we want to pull open source billing into the 21st century. No more archaic versions of JBoss. No more cryptic error messages, just clean, commented, powerful and well thought out implementations on top of rock solid industry experience.
