Hi there, first post.
This functionality may already be built in but I can't find it so please correct me if I'm wrong.
I'm looking at reating custom reports for product sales in a category per user. Basically in OpenBravo POS I have two product categories: 'Products and Services'. I need to be able to generate a report that shows the 'Product' category sales for each user for any given period day/week/month.
This is for a barber shop and will be used to see which of the barbers are upselling products and what commission they deserve.
The report should break down the user and the revenue amount for that category.
Any help or direction will be appreciated.
First step is to determine what SQL query you need to get the results you want.
Have a look at the UML diagram for the DB- http://wiki.openbravo.com/wiki/images/thumb/3/3b/POS230_ERDiagram.png/
After that, look at the other reports in the Reports directory of Openbravo, and form a '.bs' file to hold the SQL.
Alternatively, if you aren't interested in coding, pay a developer for the work you want done: http://www.freelancer.com/job-search/freelance-openbravo-pos/
