Improved preprocessor error/warning messages, and replaced the existing script parser error message reporting with the preprocessor error function.

As a result, all warnings and errors in both the preprocessor and script parser now have the following features:
* correct line numbers
* full backtrace of #includes ("In file included from...")
* a printout of the offending line to the log and a marker for the position of the offending token

preprocessor: Removed the token buffer and all related functions. It hadn't been in use since r3013, and it had the only tracerealloc() dependency in the engine.

Removed shutdown() call from pp_error, and use HRESULT return values throughout the preprocessor. This matches the error handling in scriptlib.
