So if the ME had somewhere else to go, you think it would not persistently come back to me? I can set that up and test. Can you confirm that in a multi network environment, if a roaming ME attempts to camp on the OpenBTS, and its rejected - IMSI not in HLR -, it will "go away" , looking for a network that will provide service.? I'm reading the specs to understand what happens under these circumstances. A hint or some direction would be very much appreciated.
