#5 dual dependency / additional resource res
From the demo, your app interface, your app is the
easiest I have seen yet.
My request:
Resources:
Aircraft 1
Aircraft 2
Aircraft 3
Instructor 1
Instructor 2
Instructor 3
Reservation Types:
Solo Flight - Aircraft with Student/Member
Dual Flight - Aircraft with Instructor and Member
Ground Instruction - Instructor with Member only no
aircraft
It would be great if you could start to reserver from
either location tab, Aircraft or Instructor to
visually see what times are available and then when
creating the reservation for aircraft, have a drop
down asking if it will be dual or solo, if solo, form
stays the same, if dual, form refreshes to display a
drop down list of all instructors. After filling in
time slots requirements, then validate if both
aircraft and instructor are available in those time
slots. If available, book reservation, if not,
suggest next open block of time for both resources.
If starting a reservation from the instructor tab
default to ground instruction however have the same
option to switch to dual flight instruction and then
refresh the form to select an available aircraft and
validate availability after times are entered.
Notification via email to Members and Instructors of
reservation additions and changes.
Admin restrictions of users for reservation time
slots, minimum and maximum.
Restrictions on cancellation time frame, how many
hours notice is available to cancell without a
surcharge or at all.
