The deeper cause is that the OpenBabel library cannot find the various
file formats. Maybe I should improve the error message. :)
I recommend that you 'reboot' by uninstalling OpenBabel and Pybel, and
then reinstalling according to the instructions on our website. If you
still have a problem, please describe your operating system, and how
you installed everything. Did you remember to run "make install"?
