[OpenBabel-scripting] Using OpenBabel from Jython

Hello all,

I've just released a new version of Cinfony with full documentation.
If there is anyone out there who is interested in using OpenBabel from
Jython (on Windows or Linux), I would really appreciate feedback on
the installation
instructions and general documentation.

P.S. The Pybel in Cinfony is the same as the one that comes with
OpenBabel (actually, slightly newer)
