[OpenBabel-scripting] ANN: openbabel-python 1.0 for windows

openbabel-python 1.0 for Windows is now available from:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=40728&package_id=215445

Two releases are available: one for Python 2.4 and another for Python 2.5.

The only difference between this release and the recent beta release
is that the environmental variable BABEL_DATADIR is set by the
installer. This is required for access to the OBFingerprint FP3, for
example.
