[openbabel-scripting] Pending Open Babel 2.0.1 release, code "freeze"

I apologize in advance to those receiving this message multiple times.

However, the 2.0.1 release does offer significant improvements for  
scripting access, and wanted to make this clear on the scripting list  
too.
