#171 Reaction rendering/depicting

OpenBabel 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 do not have SVG and PNG output capabilities for reactions. When choosing SVG output babel claims having converted one file and creates an empty SVG file [bug?], when using PNG output, babel says "0 output files created".

How to reproduce: Take the attached file or pentoceph.rxn and run
$ babel chlorbenzene.syn.rxn chlorbenzene.syn.svg
or
$ babel pentoceph.rxn pentoceph.svg

Reproducible: always [Linux using command line, Windows with GUI]
