#109 QSAR interface with R / statistics

While Open Babel doesn't (yet) support many descriptors for QSAR, some have suggested that an interface to R would be extremely helpful.

This could either be through SWIG, much like the current scripting bindings, or through a combination of a new module + SWIG -- since not all of the Open Babel code makes sense for R users interested in statistics.
