#969 "confab is not a recognized plugin type." in Open Babel 2.3.2

My Open Babel 2.3.2 (installed under Windows 7) does not recognize the '-L confab' call, recommended in the documentation:

>obabel -L confab
confab is not a recognized plugin type. Those with instances of sub-types loaded are:
charges
descriptors
fingerprints
forcefields
formats
loaders
ops

Not a bug. That's the docs for the dev version, which cannot be downloaded for windows I'm afraid. The current docs are linked to from our website: http://openbabel.org/docs/current/
