#958 pH adjustment option does not work

Hello,

I'm have been trying using the -p pH option on the native Ubuntu 14.10 and babel version I compiled myself today from 2.3.2. The program start running and do not terminate with no error message being showned. htop do not show any use of CPU. I can't find the origin of the problem.

Anyone have an idea?

Here are the commands I tested:
./obabel -isdf -omol -p 7.0 CID_XXXX.sdf
./obabel -imol -omol -p 7.0 test.mol
for any SDF file coming directly from pubchem of molfile created from Babel
