#913 oddly rendered SMILES

In 2.3.2, this molecule renders oddly. It places 3 atoms exactly on top of 3 other atoms, which makes it look like two independent rings are fused, and makes an apparent ring that is not really a ring at all.

This has been resolved in the development code -- there are a number of improvements in layout.
