#805 Wrong JAR file in linux openbabel 2.3.1

In folder "scripts" from the llinux openbabel 2.3.1 version, there is an old version of the openbabel jar file. So make command fail.
For the moment, to solve this problem, it's necessary to download the windows version and to get the jar file from this one.
