Thanks for a great project. After many years, I finally got OpenAS2 working ;-)
It was easier to use other AS2 products instead of dealing with issues...
After:
'3. X.509 certificate alias – identifies the alias of the certificates for this partner in the keystore. The encryption and decryption of messages requires the partners public or private key as appropriate' line
Add the following text:
Note: You can verify these codes with the server using the 'cert list' command. The certnames listed MUST match the X.509 certificate alias in partnerships.xml
partnerships.xml is not trivial to edit and I was unfamiliar with the 'X.509' term and how exactly the x509_alias term had to be completed.
Note: Walmart will only allow a maximum of 7 years as the certificate term. Don't use 3650 days...

I'm having problems getting a test to work prior to switching...
Are you available for a service call?
I have a local test setup with a client, but I'm getting a
'decryption-failed' error.
It's probably a dumb setup error, but I'm stuck and the clock is ticking.
I don't mind paying a reasonable amount, as the client is looking at a very
expensive license renewal...

I'm usually up until midnight EST

Here is my suggestion for a small addition to the main web page at http://openas2.sourceforge.net/

It looks like I got it working... The x509_alias was wrong...
It really needs some kind of GUI or way to check these settings...
I have limited programming, but I'll see if there is something I can do...
