Version 0.5 released! First version ever!

This is the first PHP version of the Open Arcade. This is also the first version at SourceForge.

We used a more primitive HTML version of this earlier, but that was hard to maintain. We finally decided to write a PHP based arcade system. After
finishing it, we talked among ourselves about
submitting it to SourceForge.

Some of us were doubtful at the start, but they
quickly shut up when the project passed. :)

This version, 0.5, is just the tip of the iceberg. Pretty soon, we will have an extremely powerful
PHP based arcade system that still will be easy to use.
