I've made the index.php in Open Arcade XHTML valid!

This is the first PHP version of the Open Arcade. This is also the first version at SourceForge.

We used a more primitive HTML version of this earlier, but that was hard to maintain. We finally decided to write a PHP based arcade system. After
finishing it, we talked among ourselves about
submitting it to SourceForge.

Some of us were doubtful at the start, but they
