This is Tony from Intel. Thank you for your concerning on Intel AMT.
I'm afraid you must have AMT-enabled platforms such as Weybridge/Montevina/McCreary
so that you can do power cycle/power off etc. instead of your current serial lines...
As far as I know, Intel AMT doesn't support server side at present.
