Speech Notifications

- I have noticed OpenAG X has a Speech
command on the Edit menu.
I think it would be great if OpenAG X could 'say'
when a file is done downloading, or has just
started to. Or maybe the user could fill a form with
the phrases he would like to hear when the
download has done or started, for example.
- Other thing that would be really great, would be
having an iintelligent system such as Hotline and
other softwares. When you click a Queue icon
while searching for a song, OpenAG X could open
and ask if you would like to download that song
now, and this could be turned off in a panel, so it
wouldn't bother anyone who don't like it.

Thank you for your comments.
Let me try to respond:
1. Added speaking of "Upload Completed" and "Download Completed"
tonight. They are not yet configurable... but they are there. I just need
to write them into the preferences etc... which you should expect before
version 1.2 stable. 1.2 devtest should be out this coming week.
2. hum... integration with audiogalaxy's web system such that when you
click on the queue button on teh web page, and it opens OpenAG on
your machine is not really possible. Whenever you are running OpenAG
it will automatically start downloading the files... In future versions of
OpenAG, you may be able to run it without a UI, such that it could just
always run in the background when you are connected to the net.
I am going to re-name this Feature Request as Speech Notifications,
reflecting your request #1. #2 is not possible (as far as can see).
If you have further comments, PLEASE post them here.
Also, in the future, it is most advisable to file an independant request for
each item, making it easier then for us to track them.
Thanks again.
Sincerely,
